    Summary: 
    Print of an original architectural drawing of the North and South Axis of the National Museum of Natural History building, originally known as the United States National Museum. Drawn in 1906 by architects J. C. Hornblower and J. R. Marshall in black and red ink pen on cloth, the drawing has an inscribed title of "Section of North & South Axis Plan of Stairway to Dome." The original image measures 30.50"h x 54.50"w. Persons associated with this drawing were Bernard R. Green, Superintendent of Construction; M. F. A., L. M. Leisenring, Draftsmen; and W. W. Youngs, who checked the drawing.
